Moving Into a New-Construction Home

- New homes may still have contractor activity — coordinate access
- Protect fresh paint and new floors by asking the crew to use floor runners
- Verify that appliances and fixtures are installed before delivery day
Coordinating Your Move-In
Because Wellen Park is a growing community, some streets and addresses may be new to mapping services. Share your exact location and any community access details with your mover in advance.
